Inspections and Interpretation

Inspects the work of the contractor as it is being performed until final completion and acceptance to assure that the material furnished & work performed are in accordance with the working drawings, specifications, and other contract documents, and that the work is progressing on schedule.  In the event that interpretations of the plans and specifications become necessary, Norwest will review and make recommendations to the client.
